Music
Music is a universal language that opens doors to other cultures and embodies one of the highest forms of creativity. At Moor Park, we use the Kapow scheme to deliver a high-quality music education which engages and inspires pupils to develop a love of music. We aim to foster our children’s talent as musicians and so increase their self-confidence, creativity and sense of achievement. As pupils progress through school, they are given opportunities to develop a critical engagement with music which allows them to compose, understand and use musical notation, and develop an understanding of the history of music and the world around them.
