Oi Frog..

The children loved reading the book 'Oi Frog' by Kes Gray this week, they had a good giggle at pea's sitting on fleas and frogs sitting on dogs and loved making up some of their own versions.

Reception's Halloween Party! 

We had soo much fun on thursday celebrating halloween with the children! They all looked spectactular in their outfits, the classrooms looked like we were hosting a school for zombies and spooky creatures, thank you!

We have really enjoyed our PE this half term with Jamie our sports coach. He has been teaching us different rolls, jumps, balances, shapes and ways of travelling. This week we put all of these skills together and created a sequence to music. 

We investigated how much fat, salt and sugar was in some of the foods we eat.  The results amazed us! 

We have had lots of fun this half term learning to sing and play the song Let Your Spirit Fly.  

Mr Skeleton's Missing Bones

It's been another busy week and half term is almost upon us.... 

We had a great time at the spooky disco. Our costumes were fab!

As part of our topic on Bones and Bodies we have been learning about nutrition and healthy eating.  We used our designing and making skills to create a healthy meal for an astronaut. It was great fun!
