This week, year 4 have been creating electrical circuits. We have been testing materials to see if they conduct electricity.  

Mrs Jefferson gave us some lolly sticks, elastic bands and plastic spoons and challenged us to make a working catapult. We really enjoyed the challenge and hope you enjoy looking at our catapults. We are going to test them to find out the answer to a number of questions.

Did you know we can eat some plants? Some of us weren't sure at first so we had an investigation.

Last week we designed, made and evaluated our own fruit faces as part of our work on plants. 

They were very yummy. 

Last friday reception finished their topic of Traditional tales with a exciting Traditional Tales Day! 

We started the day tasting porridge just like Goldilocks with our friends in Year 1 - some of the children loved it, enjoying two bowls all to themselves!
