On Thursday we had a visit from Shachi and Jordan from Lancashire Thunder Cricket Club. During assembly we found out lots about cricket and we were able to ask Shachi lots of questions about playing for Lancashire Thunder, whilst testing out our throwing and catching skills!

Afterwards, Year 2 were lucky enough to have a training session with Jordan and Shachi. It was lots of fun and we really enjoyed ourselves. 

Moor Park have also been asked to design a mascot for Lancashire Thunder, the winner will receive lots of cricket goodies!
