We've used a lot of learning skills this week during our 3D shape lessons. We've had to solve problems, work in teams and climb out of the learning pit. We needed lots of perseverance too, especially when we were trying to build shapes out of spaghetti and marshmallows.

We loved Survival School this afternoon. We all managed to make a bridge to cross a river. Well done teams!

This week we went out into our school garden area - and what a task it was!  Some of us cleared and tidied the over-grown beds, some of us planted out seedlings whilst others potted up new seeds.

Year 4 had a fantastic time at the Fit to Go festival. They were extremely well behaved and they did us proud.

This week the reception children have set up shop in the outside area with their very own 'Greengrocers'! Lots of lovely roleplay took place and the children enjoyed lots of discussion around the use of money and change. Some shop keepers were giving fruit away for free... bargain!
