Spellbinders Visit
On Wednesday we had a visit from Spellbinder and, had a lot of fun listening to stories and dancing to songs.
1MM Traditional Tales Day
We had a great time on Friday. We had Goldilocks porridge for breakfast, decorated gingerbread men, tested bridges for the Billy Goats Gruff and write about what we'd like to find at the top of the beanstalk. Our costumes were fabulous too.

This week we have been learning about old toys. We have written questions and then interviewed Nana Roberts about the toys she played with when she was little. We found out lots of interesting information.

Red Riding Hood sent a letter

Basketball Morning
On the 9th January 1AE were lucky enough to have a basketball session with Mr. Basketball. We all learnt a lot about basketball skills and had a great time.

Police interviews
This week we are writing questions for the big, bad wolf. We have become the police and are interviewing him after his adventure with the three little pigs.

We have had a sporty start to the week. We started on Monday with a taster session with Mr Basketball, we learnt lots of new skills and even got to shoot some hoops.

Paper chain challenge
This afternoon we have taken part in the 'paper chain challenge'. We only had one piece of paper and hadn't to make the longest chain we could. We used lots of different ideas to try and make ours the longest.
Busy busy busy
We had a very busy week last week, we performed our Christmas aalphabet for the school and our mums and dads. We also had our Christmas party with DJ Kellett
What a busy week!
We have been so busy this week. Yesterday we continued to learn new gymnastics skills, including a forward roll. We also used the computers to generate our calendars. Miss Morris was very proud of us for our teamwork too.
