The children will be taking on the role of 'Dinosaur Detectives' this half term to help them learn about different Dinosaurs. This week we have been learning about the Tyrannosaurus Rex, the most ferocious reptile. To start our topic the children went on a dinosaur hunt in the garden and found some bones, the children believed they belonged to the T-Rex himself! What do you think?
We have also learnt some excellent T-Rex facts using Non-Fiction books and labelled our dinosaurs with our new knowledge. The children explored the T-Rex's different body parts by making their own Art Attack dinosaurs and also investigated fossils using the 'Dino Dig' in the classroom.
I wonder what the children will find out next?
