In Mathematics we are currently investigating factors and multiples. We know there are quick ways to check if a number is divisible by 2, 5 or 10. Do you know any quick ways of checking whether a number is divisible by 3, 6 or 9?
For example I know that the number 8334 is divisible by 3, 6 and 9. Can you work out how I know that is true without doing a division calculation?

U are right because 8334 u can divide 8334 by 3,6 and 9 and it won't leave any remanda

3s correct because 8+3=11 11+3=14 14+4=18 and 18 is a multiple of 3
6s correct because it is even and you can divide it by 6 and it would be 1389
9s correct because is if you add them up you get 18 and 1+8=9
you can also divide 8334 by 3 6 and 9
